Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and chatjl ("chatjl," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at chatjl.app.

By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the chatjl platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the chatjl platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, bonus terms, and policies published on chatjl.app, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms only for the scope of that specific promotion.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the chatjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for real-money casino gaming in the Philippines in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using chatjl.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing chatjl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You have not been self-excluded from chatjl or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of chatjl or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

chatjl takes its obligations in respect of the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any person found to have provided false age information during registration will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) chatjl account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your chatjl account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. chatjl is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. chatjl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. Any activity conducted through your chatjl account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact chatjl support immediately via live chat at chatjl.app. chatjl will not be held liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials where the player failed to report the breach promptly.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one chatjl account is permitted per household address, shared device, or shared IP address unless prior written approval has been granted by chatjl. Multiple accounts detected from the same household may be investigated for collusion or bonus abuse.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the chatjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). chatjl currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱200.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your chatjl wallet instantly upon confirmed transaction.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing time.
• chatjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your chatjl account.
• chatjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits exceeding threshold amounts, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account in the same name as the registered chatjl account holder. chatjl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• chatjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be released.
• Active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before the bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus wagering conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

chatjl is committed to complying with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. chatjl monitors transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities without prior notice to the account holder where required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

chatjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to registered chatjl players who are 21 years of age or older and who are in good standing with no pending verification or restriction on their account.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on restricted games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• chatjl reserves the right to cancel a bonus and void any winnings derived from it if chatjl determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms, including through duplicate accounts, use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• chatjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Winnings derived exclusively from free spins or free play credits without any real-money wager placed alongside them may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the chatjl platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems sourced from third-party game providers who are independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are not influenced or manipulated by chatjl.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects a game round, chatjl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wager placed during the affected period. chatjl is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — this principle applies to all games on the chatjl platform.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on chatjl. These limits are displayed within the individual game interface. chatjl reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any game at any time. Players who wish to place wagers exceeding displayed table limits must contact support to discuss VIP arrangements.

6.3 Disputed Game Results

All game results recorded in the chatjl system are final. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact chatjl support within 72 hours of the disputed round's completion. chatjl will investigate the dispute using server-side game logs and provide a written response within 5 business days. The decision of chatjl following investigation is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the chatjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one chatjl account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the chatjl platform in any manner not authorised by chatjl.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, team play in poker, or coordinated sports betting.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the chatjl platform.
• Accessing the chatjl platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and where you have misrepresented your location.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit must be reported to chatjl and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to chatjl or its game providers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward chatjl staff or other players via any chatjl communication channel.

Privacy & Data Protection

chatjl collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a chatjl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

chatjl does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game providers) or where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

chatjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: chatjl provides periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net gaming balance during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through chatjl support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting chatjl support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the chatjl platform, including but not limited to the chatjl brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of chatjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

chatjl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the chatjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works based on any chatjl content without prior written authorisation from chatjl.

Any unauthorised use of chatjl's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, chatjl's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the chatjl platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

chatjl shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or chatjl was advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from network outages, platform downtime, or third-party service failures beyond chatjl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including security obligations regarding account credentials.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the availability of the chatjl platform caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances of force majeure.

The chatjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. chatjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond real-money online gaming entertainment.

Termination & Account Closure

chatjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where chatjl determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
• The continued operation of the account poses a risk to chatjl, its players, or third parties.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, chatjl reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the closure is not due to player misconduct (for example, voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their chatjl account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat at chatjl.app.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and chatjl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting chatjl customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

chatjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, chatjl will provide reasonable notice to players by posting a notice on the chatjl platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the chatjl platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the chatjl platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

chatjl recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
